All of our artworks are made-to-order with care. We work with trusted fine art printers and framers here in Australia to ensure your piece is created to the highest standard. Please allow the following times for production before shipping:

• Fine art paper prints: 1–2 weeks
• Canvas (unframed): 2–3 weeks
• Canvas (framed): 3–5 weeks

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Please note: we currently only deliver within Australia, but we’re working on offering international shipping soon.

If you’re working on a project, gifting, or simply need your artwork sooner, please get in touch. While we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date, we’ll always do our best to prioritise your order and help where we can.

We want you to feel completely confident ordering art from us. While we don’t offer returns for change of mind, if your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will work with you straight away to arrange a replacement or refund.

Canvas prints can be framed without glass, while fine art paper prints require glass for protection. Both are produced on premium materials with archival inks, but each has a distinct texture and finish, canvas has a soft, fabric weave, while fine art paper has a smooth, elegant surface.

We offer three options:

• Unframed (rolled): Your canvas will arrive rolled safely in a tube with extra border, ready to be stretched and framed by your local framer.
• Stretched: The canvas is wrapped neatly around timber stretcher bars and arrives ready to hang.
• Framed: Your stretched canvas is finished in a floating frame for a polished, gallery-style look, ready to hang straight on your wall.

If you order a framed canvas, it will arrive ready to hang, just as you see on our site. For unframed canvas or fine art paper prints, we don’t currently provide framing, but there are excellent framers in most areas. We’re sure you’ll find a great local option to suit your style.

We offer free expedited shipping Australia-wide on prints over $350. For other artworks, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your artwork’s journey to your door.

Each artwork is packaged with the utmost care, using protective layers and heavy-duty packaging materials. Our damage rate is extremely low, but if something does go wrong in transit, we’ll resolve it quickly.

Michael Parker’s studio is based in Daylesford, Victoria. Orders are dispatched from our production partners in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane, depending on your location, to make delivery as efficient as possible.

No. We use archival inks and premium materials that are fade-resistant and museum quality, designed to last a lifetime.

We don’t recommend hanging fine art paper or canvas in high-humidity areas, as moisture can cause damage over time. If you’re interested in artwork for a bathroom or humid space, please contact us about original resin pieces, which may be more suitable.

Yes. Hand-embellished prints are finished by Michael in his studio with additional layers of pastel and detail, making each one unique. They are available by enquiry only, learn more here or contact us at embellished@michaelparkergallery.com.au.
